How long does it take to ship an order?
- Please allow approximately 2-3 business days for your order to ship. Once shipped you will received an email notification with the tracking number(s).
What is the difference between side mount and bottom mount drawers?
- The bottom mount drawers have the mounting "L" brackets installed on the side of the drawer and you install them directly into the bottom of the cabinet.
- The side mount drawers are installed into the front face frame and the back of the cabinet with the back adjustable brackets.
Can a drawer be customized?
- Yes a side mount or bottom mount drawer can be customized. You must contact us directly for custom sizes. Be advised that custom sizes are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
- The max depth we can make any drawer is 22" deep.
- The max width we can make a drawer is 33" wide.
- The smallest depth we can make is 14" deep.
- The smallest width we can make is 8" wide.
What if I have a European / frameless cabinet that doesn't have a face frame for my drawer to install into?
- If you have no face frame or if the doors come into the cabinet when its closed, then you will need spacers for the installation.
- We have 1", 3/4" or 1/2" spacers available please contact us directly for spacers.
- Our team can help you get the proper measurements if your unsure about ordering for Frameless cabinets.
What happens if the drawer arrives damaged?
- We will offer a full refund or offer replacement for the damaged drawer. You must contact our office staff with the replacement requests.
What if the hardware is missing from my order?
- We will ship any missing hardware to you using UPS ground same day you contact us.
What if my cabinet depths are shorter then the standard 22" rails?
- We would offer to exchange the slides to a shorter depth. We have 20", 18" 16" or 14" slides available.
What if the slides are defective or come damaged?
- We will replace the slides at no cost to you. You must contact our office during business hours for us to send your replacement slides.

What if something is wrong with my order?
- Please contact us during business hours for assistance with any order issues. We are more then happy to help you.
How long does it take to get my refund once I send the items back?
- You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
