The quality to price value is very fair. Add in the factor that I was supporting a small family owned Made in America company makes the value even higher. I found their customer service pleasant and supportive. I’ve already installed three and will buy from these folks again.
This is my 9th or 10th order (different customers) from Sublime Design and I’ve had a good relationship with them. For instance, on this order UPS lost one shelf out of 10, but once I noticed that something was missing I notified them and they tracked the packages, found which one was missing then sent me another one. Another example is also with this order and corcerns a shelf with loose corners; I notified them and they’ll send a replacement. Small issues otherwise my customers love the product!
This is a very well built drawer. The YouTube installation video is very helpful. I had 2 problems during the installation in addition to being 73 with 2 knee replacements and working in a tight space ( not their fault). The bottom lip on my cabinet must be higher 1/8” than they design for because the bottom of the drawer was dragging on the lip. I resolved this by putting shims under the mounting brackets to raise the drawer.
I also struggled keeping the drawer square in the cabinet. It took me couple of tries to get it to work properly. I ordered a 2nd drawer( for a 2nd cabinet ) and used a strip of wood ( 1 3/16” in my case ) that I secured to the right side and held drawer the against it. This made it much easier to keep square.
Units shipped quickly and arrived on schedule.
