I needed a custom size for my bathroom vanity. The process could not have been easier. I just supplied the size that I needed with my order. Placed my order on 3/11 and received the order on 3/23. They look beautiful and came with a link to an excellent installation video. Should not have any problem getting them installed this weekend. A perfect transaction from start to finish. They listen, i gave support person new dimensions and he told me what to do, how return pull outs i got, order new once, get proper comments and all.
